Kaleina Needham

Kaleina Needham joined KMS in 2011 and serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources, responsible for all aspects of KMS Solutions’ human resource strategy and programs. Mrs. Needham has more than 30 years of business experience in organizational management to include all functions of human resources, facility management, marketing and Department of Defense compliant security management. Amongst her many qualifications, Kaleina is also a qualified Defense Security Service Facility Security Officer (FSO). Her professional affiliations include memberships in Women in Defense, the Florida Industrial Security Working Group, and the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also a past member of the Board of Directors and former Secretary for an international non-profit organization.
