Alexandria, VA, September 5th, 2023. (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – KMS Solutions, LLC has won a $26M U.S. Navy task order fulfilling the Department of Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command and Navy Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport requirements for support services at the Seneca Lake Sonar Test Facility, Dresden, NY, the Dodge Pond Acoustic Measurement Facility in Niantic, CT and the Narragansett Bay Test Facility in Newport, RI.
KMS will support the Division Newport Ranges, Engineering and Analysis department by performing acoustic testing, system design, installation, fabrication, analysis, equipment and system(s) testing, maintenance, integration, and documentation development services. These facilities are designed to support work in advanced underwater weapons and weapons systems, launcher systems, unmanned underwater vehicles, sensor systems, oceanographic systems, acoustic communications, as well as other surface, subsurface, and aerial systems.
