Marieke Bland joined KMS Solutions in 2026 as Director of Proposals, bringing extensive experience leading federal proposal operations across DoD and civilian agencies. She has managed complex pursuits from $10M to $10B, built high-performing proposal teams, and driven quality, compliance, and process modernization at small and large organizations including multiple defense and research-focused contractors. Marieke is an APMP Practitioner, Shipley Certified professional, SAFe® 6 Agilist, and recipient of the APMP 40 Under 40 Award. She holds a JD and LL.M. from Ohio Northern University.
