Code 24 supports Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment on U.S. Navy Submarines, while in port or underway, and for Submarine Type Commanders (TYCOMs), NAVSEA Program Offices (NAVSEA 04, NAVSEA 05, NAVSEA 07, NAVSEA 08, PMS 391, PMS 392, PMS 394, PMS 396, PMS 397, PMS 399, PMS 435, PMS 450), NAVWAR, and the Public Shipyards.
