Michael Ansley is being promoted to Chief of Operations and will oversee regional operations directors in the execution of KMS’ Navy Support Contracts. Mr. Ansley, a retired U.S. Navy Commander, has held various technical and leadership roles in the Submarine Force as a Naval Officer, Government employee, and Government contractor. He previously served as KMS’ Vice President of Operations.
Trent Edwards is being promoted to Vice President of Enterprise Technology at KMS and will oversee the corporate technology infrastructure, IT security and IT training. Mr. Edwards has been with KMS since 2022 bringing more than 15 years of experience in senior-level IT operations, management and leadership. He previously served as KMS’ Director of Information Technology.
Jim Passarelli is being promoted to Vice President of Business Operation at KMS and will oversee Business Development, Proposal Development, Growth Strategy, Facilities and Contracts. Mr. Passarelli has been with KMS since 2022 and is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Captain with more than 30 years of experience in national security operations around the globe, financial management and business development. He previously served as KMS’ Director of Business Development.
Kaleina Needham is being promoted to Vice President of Administration at KMS and will oversee Human Resources, Recruiting and Personnel Security. Mrs. Needham has more than 30 years of business experience in organizational management to include all functions of human resources, facility management, marketing and Department of Defense compliant security management. She previously served as KMS’ Senior Director of HR.
