Mrs. Needham joined KMS in early 2011 and serves as the Director of Human Resources for the company. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of KMS Solutions’ human resource strategy and programs. Her responsibilities include strategy, organizational effectiveness, performance management, training, labor and employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

Mrs. Needham has more than 25 years of business experience in organizational management to include all functions of human resources, facility management, marketing, and Department of Defense compliant security management. Prior to joining KMS she was the Chief Administrative Manager for Cornerstone Construction Services in Orlando, Florida.

KMS is a professional services firm serving the systems engineering, training, and subject matter expert analytical requirements of the Federal government from multiple US-based facilities. Mrs. Needham is the principal KMS manager charged with providing leadership and direction for all company-wide tasks and personnel in the areas of proper human resources and benefits administration. Amongst her many qualifications, Mrs. Needham is also a Defense Security Service qualified Facility Security Officer.

Mrs. Needham professional affiliations include memberships in Women in Defense, a national security organization, and the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also a past international non-profit organization Board of Directors member and secretary.
